Executive Aircraft Maintenance (EAM) is proud to support Western Maricopa Education Center’s (West-MEC) launch of a new aviation maintenance program at the Glendale, AZ Municipal Airport.
West-MEC will begin offering a new, two-year, 1900-hour aviation maintenance program to high school students in early 2011. Construction of a 30,000 square foot Aviation Training Center will commence in January 2010.
Since this is a new “Signature” program addition to the existing West-MEC course menu, there are many needs regarding tools, test equipment, support equipment, aircraft system structures and mockups, and various maintenance process-related training items.
You are invited to examine the list of items needed for West-MEC’s new aviation program. Donations receive tax deduction status based on your specific value assessment.
Please join EAM in supporting the successful launch of this new training venue which is destined to produce many great aviation maintenance practitioners. Should you have any questions, please contact Cliff Migal or Barb Thompson at 623-873-1860.
West-MEC offers career and technical education enhancement through its
satellite and central course offerings covering 12 public school districts and 39 high schools in the Western Phoenix, AZ Metro area. http://www.west-mec.org/
